Ferret Complete is a complete ferret food consisting of 100% easily digestible extruded pellets. Thanks to the special fibres used in Ferret Complete, the pellets are harder and crunchier. The granules only break when a tooth penetrates them deeply. This results in better mechanical cleaning of the teeth. The special natural fibres also reduce the risk of hairballs forming in the stomach and intestines. The animal proteins and fats contained in Ferret Complete are mainly derived from chicken and fish.
Ferret Complete contains more than 30 % chicken. In addition, chicken has a high biological value due to its high content of essential amino acids and high digestibility. Fish is an important source of omega 3 acids. Taurine is also added to the feed, which plays an important role in the proper functioning of the heart muscle. The food has an increased protein content, as a ferret's diet requires a high content of protein (36%) and fat (19%). The addition of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids ensures healthy skin and a shiny coat. The omega 6 fatty acids are found in certain vegetable oils. The additional addition of fish to the Complete products provides the necessary omega 3 fatty acids. This results in an optimal ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
