A nutritious treat which, thanks to the presence of dietary strawberry in its composition, provides a range of B vitamins including B1, B2 and vitamin PP. It is also a rich source of micro and macro elements - including calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and manganese. Calcium and phosphorus are beneficial for strengthening bones, while iron is very important for the body's blood-forming processes, so eating strawberries counteracts anaemia.
