Malawi is a multi-ingredient flake food for fish with a high proportion of plant ingredients (spinach, nettle, spirulina, wheat germ, etc.). The Premium Line is a ready-made food with many attractive additives that provide fish with, among other things, excellent condition, beautiful colours and increased resistance to disease. The Premium line includes both universal and specialised products for feeding fish with specific nutritional requirements.

Dosage

Feed several times a day in small portions so that the animals eat the given portion within 2-3 minutes.

Additional information

The food is intended for the daily feeding of mbuna cichlids from Lake Malawi. The long intestine of these cichlids functions properly thanks to the high proportion of fibre in the food, which protects the fish from constipation and inflammation of the digestive tract, dangerous to the fish's health. The digestive process is also aided by active substances contained in spirulina and nettle. Green peas, among others, are a source of well-assimilable vegetable protein. Unsaturated fatty acids, responsible for maintaining good skin condition and strengthening its barrier function, come from wheat germ, among others. The addition of L-carnitine supports fat metabolism, providing the fish with additional energy and reducing the risk of fatness. The high palatability of the Malawi flakes means that they are eagerly taken up even by harvested fish. The extremely varied formulation of the food ensures excellent condition and beautiful colours for the fish that receive it regularly and promotes spawning.
