Goose and its raw materials are a rich source of iron and selenium - minerals that play an important role in maintaining normal blood functions and stimulating the antioxidant properties of body fluids. Goose fat, as one of the few raw materials of animal origin, is a valuable source of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The addition of apples improves palatability and, thanks to ingredients such as digestive fibre fractions, regulates digestive processes.
