Tropical Aqua Care aquarium preparations facilitate the setting up and maintenance of the aquarium. They are a source of microelements, essential for the proper functioning of fish organisms, and nutrients for aquatic plants, ensuring their lush growth and healthy appearance. An important group of preparations are those for treating and preparing tap water for aquarium purposes. This is important because most aquarists use tap water disinfected with chlorine or its compounds, which are toxic to fish. Such water requires special treatment to make it safe for aquarium inhabitants.
CMF helps to remove unwanted fungi and bacteria from the aquarium. It is also particularly applicable to aquaria in which fish pox (ichthyophthiriosis) caused by Culorrhoeae (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis) has appeared. If possible, we recommend bathing the fish in a separate aquarium, which makes it much easier to observe them.

After use in the general aquarium, Tropical Coco Carb, Bacto-Active and Tropical Multimineral should be used.
In the general aquarium - long term bath (7-14 days) 10 ml / 100 l of water. After three days, change 20% of the water and top up with 5 ml / 100 l of water. Repeat the procedure two more times. After this time, the cul-de-sac should disappear. Bath temperature: 27°C to 30°C. When using CMF, aerate the aquarium water strongly. Once the treatment is complete, remove any residual product by regular water changes and filtration through Coco Carb activated carbon. Follow up with Tropical Multimineral and Tropical Bacto-Active.
