Wild rose is a wealth of vitamin C, it also contains vitamins: A, B1, B2,E, K, flavonoids, tannin and organic acids. Rowan has diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects on intestinal and gastric mucosa and soothes liver irritation. Hawthorn fruit provides vitamins C, PP, B1 and carotene, lowers blood pressure and has a calming effect.
