Food for cats with intestinal and gastrointestinal disorders. Intestinal FRD - a complete, easily digestible diet for adult cats suffering from digestive disorders.
TROVET Intestinal FRD is an allergy diet based on one source of protein (hydrolysed fish protein) and carbohydrates (rice).
Prevents immune reactions (food allergy) or non-immune reactions (food intolerance ) in the form of skin problems or digestive problems (diarrhoea, vomiting).
Changing the allergy diet slowly helps to reduce itching. This reduces scratching, rubbing and biting of the skin, which can cause secondary skin lesions.
Hydrolysis reduces the molecular weight of the protein and therefore minimises the risk of allergic reactions.
Mannan oligosaccharides, fructose oligosaccharides and beta glucans have a beneficial effect on the intestines.
Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) contribute to a reduction in inflammatory reactions and faster skin recovery.
