Particularly recommended when setting up a new aquarium with a blackwater biotope, during water changes, quarantine and convalescence of fish in this type of aquarium (including the popular neon, bullhead and other bite-sized fish, as well as scalars, palettes and South American cichlids). Neutralises toxic heavy metal salts. Protects fish from the aggressive effects of fresh tap water and has an anti-stress effect. Peat extract is a source of humic acids and tannins, which make the aquarium environment safe and healthy for fish. The effect of these substances is particularly important for fish weakened by transport, during acclimatisation, with epidermal losses or wounds and after significant aquarium water changes. Blacklarin accelerates the regeneration of the epidermis, mucous membrane and fins of cultured fish.

Always use in newly set up aquariums, as well as after every partial and complete water change, after fish transport and during the adaptation period in the new aquarium, when abrasions and injuries may occur. It can be used simultaneously with Torfin Complex, Querex and Ketapang Extract. Blacklarin is intended for use in medium hard and soft water. Tints the water a slightly straw colour. Does not lower the pH of the water.
