CarboMax Plus is a unique filtration cartridge made of high quality activated carbon, which has excellent absorption properties.
Placed in the filter, it captures from the water and binds dissolved chemicals in it.
Neutralises heavy metal ions and chlorine. Absorbs residues of medicines and other chemical preparations.
Also excellently removes various discolorations (e.g. caused by wood placed in the aquarium).
It is in the form of durable dust-free granules thanks to a carefully developed dust removal technology.

CarboMAX Plus is immediately ready for use and does not require rinsing or any other additional steps.
Place the contents of the package in the filter basket or in the filter chamber.
To ensure optimum results, it is recommended to place the CarboMAX Plus cartridge after the mechanical filtration cartridges and before the biological filtration cartridges.
The mode of action of the CarboMAX Plus cartridge (sorption) causes it to gradually fill and wear. The CarboMAX Plus cartridge should be replaced at least every 4 weeks to maintain optimal filtration characteristics.
