- TROVET ASD Urinary Struvite is a nutritional diet for adult cats used in cases of urinary stones – struvite (phosphorus-ammonium-magnesium).
TROVET production has been moved to Spain. The shape, appearance, and smell of the food from the new packaging will differ from the existing products. The composition of the food remains the same, as does the quality. Picky dogs and cats may be reluctant to eat it due to the different smell. In this situation, we recommend gradually switching from the "old" packaging to the "new" by gradually mixing the food. Over the course of a few days, increase the amount from the new packaging and reduce the amount from the old packaging.
TROVET ASD Urinary Struvite is a nutritional diet for adult cats used in cases of struvite (phosphate-ammonium-magnesium) urinary stones. This diet is characterized by reduced levels of minerals that contribute to the formation of struvite (urolithiasis) stones.
Indications:
Uric acid stones caused by phosphate-ammonium-magnesium stones.
Prevention of struvite (urolithiasis) stones. Contraindications:
Kittens, pregnant and nursing cats.
Cats receiving urine acidifying substances.
Cats with stones other than struvite stones.

Feeding Trovet Urinary Struvite for at least 6–8 weeks prevents the recurrence of stones and urinary tract infections. After this time, Trovet Urinary Struvite can be fed to your pet for the rest of its life as a complete food.
