With the Catit Design Fresh & Clear drinker you will make your pet take water more often.
Cleaning the drinker:
1 x per week it is recommended to clean the drinker with a soft sponge soaked in a mild detergent. After washing, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Make sure that no foam or detergent remains in the drinker. Remove the filter and rinse it with water without detergent. If there are foreign bodies and debris in the filter, it is advisable to replace it with a new one. Change the filter regularly, every three weeks or when you notice dirt and foreign bodies in the filter. Changing the filter depends on the location and quality of the drinking water and the use of the drinker by several animals.
Cleaning the pump:
Please clean the pump, e.g. with vinegar, at least every 4 weeks (depending on water hardness). Poorly used pumps (not descaled) are not subject to warranty service.
When buying a replacement pump, make sure you choose the right version - the older version of the watering can has a plug for an electrical outlet, while the new one has a USB plug. Check which version you have before purchasing.
