Additional information
Idiopathic cystitis - Due to its high moisture content, Urinary S/O Feline diet in wet form increases urine dilution. Almost 64% of lower urinary tract diseases are idiopathic cystitis. In the case of recurrent disease, feeding the diet in wet form is recommended.
Dissolving struvite stones - Urinary S/O Feline diet effectively dissolves struvite stones.
Reduced urine saturation (RSS) - Low-saturation urine provides an unfavourable environment for the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.
Urine dilution - Urine dilution reduces the concentration of struvite and calcium oxalate present in the urine. Increased urine volume also promotes more frequent bladder emptying.
