A complete, complete food for senior rabbits over 6 years of age. Care+ Senior Rabbit is an exceptionally palatable, super premium food. Its recipe has been developed in collaboration with veterinarians and nutritionists. Care+ is manufactured using an extrusion process and therefore each pellet has an identical composition (all-in-one). As a result, there are no leftovers and breeders can be sure that all the ingredients necessary for health have been consumed - this completely eliminates the phenomenon of selective eating of more palatable food ingredients. The hardness of the pellets promotes proper tooth abrasion. The temperature reached during production improves the digestibility of the protein.

Dosage

It is recommended that the change of diet be gradual. Therefore, it is advisable to mix the old food with the new food for a few days, gradually increasing the proportion of the new food and decreasing the proportion of the old food.

Miniature breeds +/- 60 g.

Dutch ram +/- 85 g, rex +/- 115 g.

Large breeds (French ram, Flemish giant, lagomorph) +/- 170-450 g.

English Giant 340-450 g.

Fresh food and clean drinking water should be fed daily and unlimited access to fresh hay should be provided.

Additional information

The pellets are distinguished by their low calcium content, balanced levels of the important polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega 6 & Omega 3 (derived from wheat, soya and linseed), adequate dietary fibre content and the addition of aromatic timothy extract. An important antioxidant function is fulfilled by vitamin C, vitamin E and green tea extract and ginseng, thus supporting the rabbit's natural defences. Care+ Senior Rabbit is low in protein and contains no added sugar to prevent obesity in these less active rabbits. Care+ Senior Rabbit is a perfectly balanced food for older rabbits that meets all their natural nutritional needs.
