Supplementary food for dogs especially recommended for puppies and mothers, old or sick dogs and performance dogs. CANINA DOG IMMUN PROTECT contains egg antibodies that support the body's own defence mechanisms. The intestinal stabiliser Enterococcus faecium optimises the balance of the intestinal flora.

Dosage

Puppies from 1 day of age:
1 pinch (approx. 1g)
Puppies & young dogs from 14 days to 9 months of age:
½ teaspoon
Adult dogs, mother dogs, old/sick dogs, performance dogs:
½ teaspoon per 10kg body weight (max. 3 teaspoons).

(1 teaspoon = approx. 4 g = 12 x 10⁹ CFU Enterococcus faecium).

The manufacturer does not limit the size of the animal.

DOG IMMUN PROTECT is proposed to be mixed with food and administered as a treatment for 3 months.

Additional information

Mother dog:
The antibodies from the egg and the naturally contained valuable proteins and amino acids increase vitality and support the production of valuable colostrum in adequate quantities. In the case of milk deficiency in the mother after birth (too little colostrum), build up the protective substances contained in the colostrum, this leads to an improvement in colostrum quality.

Puppies: In the case of a large litter, insufficient milk production by the mother bitch or even loss of the mother bitch, the egg antibodies strengthen the replacement milk of the puppies. This allows the puppies to develop optimally and gain weight. Defences are strengthened in stressful situations, such as the weaning period or moving to a new home. Reduce puppy losses, i.e. lower puppy mortality. to improve puppy growth, support puppies with low birth weight, especially in the case of insufficient colostrum intake or lack of colostrum due to loss or illness of the bitch, or due to a large litter (complementary feeding from as early as day 2).
