To obtain sinking food, mix the powder with water using a spoon or whisk until a uniform mass is obtained (usually about 30 seconds). To obtain floating food, mix it vigorously with an electric whisk for at least 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into the lid of the can or another mold (e.g., ice cube tray).
