L-Methiocid feline is a product that supports the functioning of the urinary tract and reduces the risk of struvite stones in cats.
L-methiocid feline contains L-methionine, a sulfur amino acid that acidifies urine and bile, which helps prevent the formation of deposits in the urinary tract, thereby reducing the risk of infection. L-methionine has detoxifying, lipotropic, choleretic, cholagogue, and diuretic properties, which promote the flushing out of struvite crystals.
